Responsibilities:

  • Serve as part of a team of experts for Search Engine Marketing (SEM). 
  • Manage assigned clients' online search marketing campaigns. 
  • Maintain work integrity and accuracy. 
  • Analyze, recommend, and implement improvements to meet client online search marketing ROI/CPA objectives. 
  • Understand and manage client media-buying cycles, product/service update schedules, online marketing philosophy, goals, and target demographics. 
  • Produce detailed campaign performance analysis and create Excel and PowerPoint presentations. 
  • Create, test, and optimize keywords and messaging for maximum reach, awareness, and new customer acquisition. 
  • Build relevant account structures to ensure ad copy appears on relevant queries. 
  • Monitor daily account pacing and ensure client budget goals are met. 
  • Set the strategic vision for all paid media programs (paid search and paid social). 
  • Conduct digital marketing SEM activities on Google, Microsoft, Meta, and retargeting ads across all channels to increase the client's online presence. 
  • Create and optimize ads to ensure high deliverability and conversion. 
  • Manage strategy and setup for all paid campaigns. 
  • Increase efficiency by measuring and optimizing paid marketing using vendor-specific dashboards, Google Analytics, and HubSpot landing page sources reports. 
  • Research and test partnerships with new vendors to expand reach and lower cost-per-acquisition. 
  • Monitor the budget and adjust bids for better ROI. 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid programs. 
  • Provide comprehensive weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports. 

Requirements: 

  • Highly developed interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills 
  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel 
  • Strong analytical thinking 
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 
  • The ability to function equally well independently as well as part of a team, and the flexibility to adapt to an ever-changing environment 
  • Passion for marketing and the internet
